"First, I would just like to say thank you so much for the stay at the cottage. It is a wonderful place for people to come and stay to experience the city of Laurel. Secondly, we enjoyed the suggestion book of restaurants and stores to go to visit. The scent library and so much more. Finally, we were a little disappointed in the cleaning of the cottage. I don’t know if yall know this or not but we could tell that the rugs had not been vacuumed in a while, the refrigerator had chocolate syrup...

"Everything was perfect in the cottage! Super cozy and conveniently located to town! We rode the Amtrak in. Had lunch at Pearl’s diner. Shopped the shops and had dinner at the Loft! The people of Laurel are so kind and accommodating! "

"Amazing Stay! Located in a quiet area traffic wise. Great amenities. King bed was very comfortable. Lots of room. Well furnished. Kitchen well stoked with everything that was needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Laurel. Very close to downtown and other attractions."

"10 STARS !!!! This is hands down the best non-hotel we have ever stayed at. It was clean, super clean, and just so cozy ! Even has the technical means available for those of us who prefer soft music over television! We were so happy with everything Laurel Mississippi and our little cozy place we just wanted to stay forever! Our host was very available and I have absolutely not one negative! Great place!!"

"The listing is very misleading. Photo 1 is the parking. Photo 2 is the porch/lanai. Photo 3 is the view from the living room. Photo 4 is the view from the bedroom. Photos 5 and 6 are the tiny living room area that has a loveseat rather than a sofa. Photo 7 is the bedroom. It costs roughly $11-12 per hour to stay in this unit and about an hour of that is spent cleaning the unit before you leave. "Great bed and nice bathroom. Walking distance to everything in town. Entrance is basically through a back alley that has a lot of garbage cans and every time we opened the door we let flies inside. The booking was through a third party company that over complicated the process with endless emails and a challenging website. We were traveling from a VRBO in Gulf Shores and communicated directly with the owner and it was great. The town of Laurel is underwhelming at best. Many vacant...

"A perfect place to stay. Beautiful, comfortable and incredibly well located 1 block from the art museum and downtown right in the heart of all he historic homes. Very walkable."

"There were dead bugs on floor and window sill. The blanket on the couch needs to be replaced. Blinds and bathroom light fixture needs to be dusted badly. The coffee pot was dirty and had to be washed before using. I don’t mean to be critical just wanted you to know how your cleaning staff is doing. Also the plastic shower curtain needs to be replaced.Thank you again as we did enjoy our stay. Really a cute cottage."
