"Check in was great . We had a little problem with heat . The gas tank leaked the propane tank was empty. We had to leave the house due to cold weather would rather have stayed there but had to go to motel. Owner was very good to us this is not their fault just something that happened. Everything has been taken care of I highly recommend this property for cuter stays. Ted"

"Loved being this close to Roosevelt State Park, for NICA mountain bike races. House was great, kids loved the activities, and they have the quietest neighbors you’ll ever encounter. Host was very responsive and friendly. Loved that they had condiments and a few spices because let’s face it we all need them. "

"Loved this farmhouse! If you’re not used to being out in the country and out of pocket this can be a bit scary at night, BUT we love being out of pocket. The place was clean and comfortable enough. Loved the landscape, scenery and “red-winged black birds”. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a mtn bike race."
