"Everything was great except our room. We made the best of it. Our front door had a big crack where light could come in. Our bathroom toilet would move every time you would sit on it. The sink in the bedroom would back up because the stopper kept falling in."

"We stayed one night at this hotel. The front desk staffs were great. Jesse was extraordinary and made our kids ( and us) feel welcomed! He took them to the hot chocolate area and even offered them so.e goodies to keep them busy and entertained! Jesse definitely made out stay pleasant. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good too with options for kids. We will definitely go back to this hotel."

"The check-in experience was disappointing and frustrating. We were given incorrect information by the front desk, and later learned from other guests that what we had been told was simply not true. Unfortunately, I also mentioned this during check-out and received no acknowledgment or apology. A much more professional and customer-focused approach would have made a big difference."

"The amenities weren’t part of the stay. To use the gym, $35/day. The zip line was 45 minutes away. Bicycle usage was $10/hr. First 2 hrs were free. No in house restaurant. There was no swimming pool. Most amenities were unavailable. It was disappointing.."

"We got what we expected and more. Amir at reception was very friendly and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations for our family which we really appreciate. Nothing beats genuine face to face customer service. They have text assistance as well. The hotel's location is great. Walking distance to the pier and shops. Complimentary Kcups in the room were a nice gesture but we opted to walk a block down to Scorpion Bay Coffee shop. As expected the property is a bit on the outdated/worn side...
