PSA for those needing ADA access for room, pool, etc., call the hotel in advance and make thorough arrangements. Staff was lovely!!! Adjacent restaurant was disappointing."

"I requested a first floor room when i made the reservation 2 weeks prior to trip. Was told none available day of arriving. Was put on third floor. The first room they gave us the keys for was not cleaned. Looked like housekeeping just left it without finishing it. Tub water did not drain immediately like it should. We were not informed that we had to notify the front desk if we need room service and clean towels. Never ever experienced that before. Never will return!!!"

"Really cute hotel!! I'm a huge fan of set and environment art design, and all the themed rooms and amenities were a complete delight to explore. Things are well maintained, and any issues--like in my time, my room's AC was broken--staff are super friendly and on top of helping out. For the broken AC, we were given two fans which helped a lot. There is so much to do and see! My friend and I are eager to come back."

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and they always let me check in when I arrived before the official check in time. This time, they tried charge $48. But fortunately it was resolved with no charge. I wonder if charging an early check-in fee is really necessary?"

"Completely unplugged for 24 hours. The Wi-fi doesn’t work much. No cell service. This place is a breath of fresh air. Meticulously maintained grounds and facilities feel like a step back into yester-years. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the jacuzzi bath tub and fireplace. We loved the breath taking views from our room. The restaurant has excellent food. We were sad to come back to reality."
