"Great value for the location and having two bedrooms. Great for our family of 4, and not too loud for staying in Deep Ellum on a Friday and Saturday night. "

"House was not clean at all, floor not swept, floor not mopped, hair in the shower, hair on bedsheets and pillow cases. In the middle of homeless camps it was not safe for families. We reserved 2 nights and barely stayed 1 of those nights. Requested refund and will stop my payment. No communication at all! Please be cautious of booking here!"

"I was super excited to rent this place until I got there I had issues with my code but customer service was great n helpful zero complaints about that... The apartment doesn't get cleaned properly I found an airport tag from June under my nightstand zero Internet n couldn't watch anything on the TV in the living room the area was ok really close to lots of things n activities.... Food crumbs in the master bedroom nightstand water leaking in the master bathroom looks like they just go do beds not...

"Buena ubicación y zona segura, la comunicación es malísima, no dan la información necesaria para ingresar a la propiedad y se necesita buscar el teléfono y llamar para recibir ayuda, no dan la contraseña del wifi hasta que la solicitas y te mandan un correo tiempo después. Salieron insectos en la regadera lo cual fue muy incómodo."

The rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the shower felt amazing. The Host was very easy to contact and very quick with communication. "I had an event at the AAC and it was really close! Also, the hotel is nearby (15 min walk) one of the pick-up spots for the Red Coach Buses and the Greyhound Bus station too. There are a lot of of options of restaurants near the hotel too. The Hotel is really pretty and the room was really spacious and comfortable. I only stayed for one night and still think it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to. "
