"El hotel tiene buena ubicación. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. El lobby está en el segundo piso y es poco práctico. Los elevadores son insuficientes y tardan en llegar. Tuvimos un incidente de evacuar el hotel por una sustancia en el aire acondicionado y estuvimos esperando. Ni una disculpa dieron. No volvería a hospedarme ahí."

"The Billionaires upstairs in the private club could spend a few bucks to buy new mattresses. In all fairness, I didn't complain or ask for a new room/bed or mattresses topper... I wouldn't be surprised if they would have been accommodating. That said, the Billionaires that owns the building could definitely afford to get new mattresses. The springs were digging into my ribcage. Regardless, i slept well and the hotel is in the middle of one of the most exclusive and happening areas of Manhattan...
