Great groomed walking trail all around the pond, perfect to exercise our dogs and stretch our legs after a long drive. Tons of bird activity for those interested in a bit of bird watching. "I will share the cons first. Finding this place in the dark no porch light on so it was hard to find the address on the unit. Was told must park in the back and to park next to a dumpster that smelled horrible. The property was pretty messy on the outside and unkept. It makes a very loud noise when trying to ride like something is grinding. The biggest issue was truly the window as that’s where kids were supposed to sleep but I couldn’t sleep well knowing the window was not able to be locked "
