Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but we did notice some missed areas, including old condiment packets, cereal pieces, and crumbs around the couch, near the windows, and inside the pull-out sofa mattress.
Our biggest concern was the pull-out sofa. We booked a two-bedroom suite expecting it to comfortably accommodate two additional guests, but the mattress was worn, extremely springy, and broken....
