"I didnt like how when we first come in only one person was working the counter the other workers were talking like we wasn't there. The rooms was dirty n had a mildew smell I had to clean n remove the shower curtain. The only person who was helpful was the older African American lady that works the counter"

"Comfort Inn Scherville was advertising as being operable when they weren’t. They were without power!
I booked two nights (8/12-14) online due to tornadoes in my area and being without power for days. When I arrived, Comfort Inn had no power. There were two staff ppl there that I spoke with confirming they would cancel the reservation, even took down my name. Received an email on 8/13 stating they won’t be issuing a refund.
Money hungry and super neglectful location! Patronize at your own...
