"Anthony is wonderful as a host and very responsive to any questions or requests. The house was just as described. They have thought of everything you won’t want for anything for a lake vacation. We rented the boat as well and it was perfect. "

"Awesome family vacation spot! Everything was accurately described and looked as good in person as it does in the photos. Our family loved the pickle ball court, pool, garage set up and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking large meals and had everything we needed. Plenty of extra blankets and towels for everyone to use. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back again! "

"Enjoyed our stay. Home was perfect and loved view. Decks were great and we spent alot of time there. Will consider staying there on next trip. "

"The slept our entire family of 8 comfortably, the parking is a little tricky but the host explains it well and we made it work. The private dock and quiet cove was enjoyed by all. Having a boat launch close the house was an added benefit as well. We enjoyed the location on MM44, it is definately a lot quieter and more to our liking than being at the lower mile markers. "

"Very clean with great views of the channel, plenty of beds for 10 folks or more, and maxed out bathrooms and showers. We caught a 5lb catfish off the deck. The dock has a cleaning station and is very nice as well. BBQ grill was nice. The great room was superb to watch the Chiefs game and ALCS. Great golf courses around the area with grocery stores near by. Would definitely rent again. We were so busy golfing and enjoying the property we did not have time to use the game room which is nice...

"After having rented many years through VRBO, resorts, condos and houses, this was by far the cleanest and best we’ve had! There is nothing I would change about this house. The dock is great for swimming and the fire pit is awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. One thing you’ll need to pack on your own is beach towels, which some rentals have and others don’t. Not a complaint at all, just FYI for future renters. Thanks from a fellow Iowan!! "

"Nice house. Great rooms. Just beware there is only one bathroom upstairs where the king rooms are. Three downstairs. Outside patio is wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. The living room space had plenty of comfortable seating. We had a terrible week for fishing but the weather was fantastic! Very quiet and secluded."
