"Cute, cozy, comfortable guesthouse prefect for our anniversary weekend. Very quiet. Nice lake view while sitting in the hot tub, which has privacy screens on sides. "The owners were super nice. The house was spacious and super clean. Has full frig, microwave, washer/dryer, and tv. The queen bed was not the most comfy but was adjustable. There is a firepit on the property but we only stayed one night so we didn't have time to use it. The location is quiet but located 30 miles from anything on a curvy road. "

"If you are heading to KC for a sports event at Arrowhead or Kauffman - this is the place!!! We got in Arrowhead (and out) crazy fast for the Husker game. Tiny bathroom, but other than that no real complaints. Would definitely stay here again."
