I highly recommend a stay here as it is located in walking distance to great shopping, dining, and various other entertainment options, and is comparable to most hotels in the area, but way better than staying in a hotel room. "It was a cute little house. Only one night stay. Nice of porch and light inside on for arrival. Plenty of towels for 3 guest to use. Nice size rooms with tv. However, with using them very limited shows to watch without having to sign into your own things, so for one night wanst worth that all. The beds were great for the queen and the full. The twin prob would be better for a kid, the mattress was a little thin and not comfortable for an adult that was there. Nice that coffee and supplies there....

"Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...
