The beds in the house were all beyond their usefulness. Beyond the beds, the property was excellent. I would stay there again."

"Beautiful modern farmhouse. We wish we could have stayed more than one night. In a quiet country setting but still close to Ruoff music center and downtown noblesville. Very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was nice to check in at 2:00, we had time to make dinner, and get ready for our girls night out at a concert at ruoff.
