"We had an absolute blast! The property was AMAZING! The pictures that are posted doesn't do the house, lake, property any of it justice. You have to see it to believe it. We went to the springs, the swimming hole on the lake, fishing, trail riding, decided not to go to wild adventures because there was so much to see an do in the area. We had a minor AC issue but the property owner corrected it and was completely attentive and got it taken care of immediately. .We will be back in the fall to...

"Overall house was great. Beautiful location on the Suwanee river. Right down road from Royal springs. We stayed in home for two nights, 6 kids and 4 adults. Very conformable house. Kitchen needs more (pots pans etc.)to accommodate making a meal there but we made due. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the great place. . "

"Really liked this distinguished older home with a fenced backyard. Very clean, nice bed linens etc. and nice kitchen. The large original doors in the hallway had been reset as sliding barn doors and they don’t latch or stay fully shut (my dog kept nudging my cousin’s door open and the bathroom door to visit us (yes he’s a Velcro dog). We didnt need to open windows, but if we’d wanted to, or worse, needed to in emergency, we couldn’t have because they’re caulked shut. That should be corrected....

"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"Great house w/all supplies needed. Quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms have great quality mattresses, something that many others don’t have. Will coming back for sure!"

"We rented this home to attend the Suwannee Spring Festival with our Florida friends. The home was at a great location to do that and provided us with the quiet restful nights we were looking for during our vacation. We will definitely stay again."

"I had the best experience I could have ever experienced in a home away from home ! I contacted this renter in a short period of time and she said no problem! The place is EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL and everything you need to assist you with in a home is available ! So clean and private. I give this place a 10000! Management is so amazing and available ! I will only stay here if I need to return to Valdosta Ga. "

"Ez to navigate to. The Spring"S are a short ride troy,peacock,convict spring was very nice plenty of space not at all busy. We did cook an guests had any thing u needed to cook with we did get take out from a place in Branford called 0ur place pizzeria ate left overs for 2days awesome . An that was just 1st day loved it can't wait togo back"

"La limpieza en el hotel es terrible me estuve hospedando con mi familia y al llegar a la Habitación cuando comenzamos acomodar nuestras pertenencias encontramos el baño sucio, el area de la cocina terrible y la nevera llena de hielo y la alfombra mojada por el aire. El personal en todo momento fue muy amable y nos pudieron cambiar temporalmente a otra habitación estaba un poco mejor y la otra limpiaron las areas de queja pero fue muy tedioso el estar caminando de cuarto con nuestras pertenencias. Mi recomendación es que siempre haya alguien verificado las habitaciones para que se eviten muchas quejas de los huéspedes "
