"Great location for walkable access to FSU campus. Unit was clean and had everything you could need for a weekend stay.. The bathroom is awesome with a huge shower and fancy light-up mirror. Our family of 4 was very comfortable there for the weekend to see a FSU game."

"Property was very clean, and exactly as pictures described. Very close to FSU campus. Only issue we experienced was the house had a very strong musty smell every time we walked into the property. Upon returning home we discovered that our entire luggage of clothes had that same odor. "

"Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! "

"Such a perfectly peaceful little place. I wish it had a stove but I cooked on the hot plate provided and an electric skillet. The WiFi was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet but conveniently located 10 minutes from Publix and 15 minutes from Whole Foods. Large shower with great water pressure. Will definitely visit again."

"Note, I am only commenting on the room that I rented, not the entire apartment. Everyone has their own circumstances. The room that I stayed in was kept cleaner than the rest of the apartment. The owner put in effort to make the rental space nice. I entered the apartment and went straight to my rented room only."

"We are a family who was dropping off our freshman for college and wanted a convenient location. This vacation home fit the bill. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed. I was able to work at the desk provided and the internet bandwidth handled my video calls. Communication with the host was perfect. Would stay again."

"Melissa was a wonderful host. Her farm was a lot of fun. The goats were entertaining, and Cam, her dog, was a sweetheart. The cottage had everything we needed. It was very clean. The biggest challenge was the drive in. We had two different rain storms that made the dirt roads more challenging, but we were able to navigate them without any real trouble. We wished we had more time to hike around the lake. We will save it for another time!"

"With its comfortable beds and central location, This rental seems to be an ideal place for a bunch of twenty-somethings to crash after a day/night of activity. It was not as comfortable for a family group of three generations that would like to cook in, sometimes, and live like home when not on the go. The property manager did bring by things that we requested when we arrived and noticed some obvious needs. But, things that we considered necessities; like washcloths and a can opener were...
