"Great property very close to FSU. We stayed here for our daughters graduation. Very clean, easy check in, comfy bed. Be aware that the room really only sleeps 2 people as there is only one king bed. The sofa is large and can sleep someone, but it is not a pull out sofa. Anyone extra will sleep on the inflatable bed that is there. It is right next to the Pensacola parking garage which can be very noisy."

"This house was very clean and had may amenities. The kitchen had all necessities, ie. Pots utensils and plates/bowls glasses coffee maker toaster and microwave. The only thing to note was that the pool is not private, it is a community. Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We would definitely use again."

"The location was within walking to the stadium. Brad made the check in process very easy. The parking is close and convenient. The beds were very comfortable my daughters loved them. The condo had better administers than others. The coffee stand was a huge surprise. The location was clean. If I had one complaint I would say the water in the shower could stand to a little warmer.
