"Everything was as described. The cottage was clean and cozy, the hot tub was clean. The only thing I would warn about is the terrain is uneven, so if you have mobility concerns, you may want to take that into consideration. I do believe the host did a good job describing the area. The walk to the beach is all on sand and was a little rough on my knees. But the hot tub helped with that! We had a nice relaxing stay."

"My family and I had a great stay at the Troll House while we were in town for a family wedding. The rooms were cozy, but had exactly what we needed, and my kids loved checking out the troll hole under the stairs. The bikes came in handy when we needed to ride over for some of the wedding activities at different beach stops, so that was fantastic! We also had a great time checking out some of the amenities at the Beachwalk, like kayaking, shuffleboard, and the pool. We had a wonderful time here,...

"This was a great stay, close to the beach and a quick drive into town for dinner. The house was well stocked in the kitchen for cooking. Area was very quiet and walkable. "

"We really liked it. Thought that it was a standalone unit from the listing, with two big dogs, it was almost a game changer. The owner however was willing to be more than accommodating to the needs that we had. It was truly a wonderful visit. Cannot state how beautiful it was."

"This place has a beautiful view over housetops of the lake. Lots of seating on two decks for the view. Plenty of parking.The house accommodated our group of 15, with spaces to eat, put together a puzzle, play board games and be in the same area. A short walk to the beach. The host answered our questions quickly before arrival. The place is older but clean. The kitchen was supplied with nice pans and basic dishes."

"Myself and two friends were coming up for a weekend of exploring and riding in the Apple Cider Century. This was the perfect home base for our activities! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and we loved relaxing on the screened porch in the morning. It was a short walk through an absolutely beautiful park-like wooded neighborhood to get to the beach, which we loved!"

"Absolutely beautiful place. We were so happy and comfortable immediately in the space. So grateful we found it. It was clearly very thoughtfully constructed/set up. So cozy, bright, and lovely. Everything was so close, so we walked everywhere. We got in and out with complete ease. Excellent time. We would 100% return."
