"Diane's quiet little abode offered not only a whimsical and peaceful place to rest our heads, but also, a wonderful slice of South Carolina scenery. It's perfectly located between the main drag of Beaufort and all the nice ritzy tourist attractions across the bridge and downtown. Be prepared to meet a few of the local kitties, and have nice relaxing mornings in the flower garden. The place is decorated to match the laid back beach vibe and entertain a cute date night in or two on the many tented...

"Words can’t describe how special this property really is. The low country architecture feeds seamlessly into the marsh and riverfront view. The accommodations are simply first-class, with all of the high-end amenities and decor one would expect, plus so much more! Want to fish? Kayak!? Rock on the porch? Host guests for dinner? Everything you need is here. "

"The property was comfortable and in a great location. The carpet is dirty but everything else was very comfortable and quiant."

"Very easy directions and instructions. Close enough to downtown to walk and to use the on-site bikes. Right next to the ocean and marshes. This is above a cafe and a cigar shop but neither were open when we were around. Sleep, shower and relax at end of evening was what the place was used for this trip."

The kitchen had all we needed, although we did not cook much so I can't give a detailed review of the pots and pans. It was a great house, and the view from the dock is a $Million$ view. "The cottage was lovely, well decorated and furnished. It was the perfect size for us with a room to spare. We didn’t stay long enough to use the backyard. "We stayed in Beaufort for its location and history. The Pinckney house was amazing!! It was like spending time in a different era that was all charm and beauty. The house is much more spacious than the pictures show.Everything was comfortable and accommodating. We loved it!!"

The location is also centrally located between Charleston, Hilton Head, & Savannah.. allowing us to make day trips during the week, but we fell in love with the immediate area of Beaufort/Port Royal/Lady’s Island. We would definitely recommend visiting their property.. you won’t be disappointed, but...

"We had a wonderful stay in Beaufort! The house was perfect for our family of four—very neat, tidy, and just the right size. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to downtown, which was great for getting some fresh air without needing to drive. It was the perfect spot for our busy wedding weekend getaway— quiet and comfortable.
