"We were a Red Hat Ladies group of 5 women of a “certain age” who came to Schulenberg to see the Painted Churches. The house was the perfect place for us to stay since it is located just a short distance from the Chamber of Commerce where the tour started! Also, the house is located right across from the police department:). All five of us enjoyed the “Victorian” decor and home. "The house was awesome! Loved the space and the coffee bar was OUTSTANDING! Access to Downtown was perfect as we were in town for the Painted Churches tour, and my mom with her twin's 93rd birthday. My husband had a fall, so the jetted tub was a lifesaver for his sore muscles--an added plus! House was immaculate when we arrived---TV access was easy and we loved the safety of the front door lock. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly as well. We would definitely return and recommend this to others...
