"It’s a beautiful hotel. As far as amenities ; three’s a kitchenette but no dishes, pots and pan or utensils. It would be helpful if the guests knew that before booking. Also, it was listed that breakfast was included, There is no breakfast included. The service staff does an amazing job cleaning Ava sanitizing the rooms, they are very helpful and courteous. I must say the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked sufficiently and kept Clean. I would definitely stay at My Place when I...

"The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/...

"Room was clean and big just didnt like how the carpet was dirty+had a weird smell so definitely wear shoes/flip flops. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was fine. Breakfast was good and fresh,there was a guest that was using the same tongs to get breakfast and the employee quickly corrected him and educated him about cross contamination which was cool to see."

"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with safe transportation to the hotel when our flight was delayed until 2 am ! The hotel is beautiful, clean, safe and quiet. The staff continued to assist us with our rental car and any other issue that arose with our trip plans. Wonderful experience with a hotel staff."
