I couldn't be happier with the kind of attention to detail that I experienced.I was here in Augusta looking for a place to rent long-term so I can move from out of state, and the broker who runs this property even helped me with that. "We like the small yard for the dog. It's just enough. The toiletries in the shower are not cheap off brand ones which we appreciate. Good hot water& great water pressure. House was clean and tidy. Just what we needed to escape winter storm Fern."

"The place was ok but unfortunately it had a few cosmetic issues with paint and furniture that would only allow me to give it 3 stars. Where this place excels is in the communication with the property owner. He was responsive and courteous. The location is wonderful. Once the minor cosmetic issues are fixed this apartment will rate 5 stars. I recommend the stay. Thank you to the host."

"Tim was an outstanding host. The property was exactly as described and very very clean! The location was very easy to get to and from Augusta National Golf Club. Conveniently located near lots of food options. I would definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back to the Masters Tournament! Seamless check in and check out process allowed us to soak in our time in Augusta without worry about accommodations! 10 out of 10!"

"The host was incredibly rude, passive aggressive, and strange. She watched us either from her house or on cameras, texting about things she saw out of no where. She claimed dogs weren’t allowed at the home despite the posting saying pet friendly. She tried to say there was a pet fee after the fact, mentioned no where either. Implied our pet might have fleas or would bite her in the face bc I guess that happened to her previously with other ppl? Then proceeded to sit in the floor with our dog...
