"Fantastic stay in Old Naples. Kate provided excellent communication and the property was as listed. Very clean, good AC, and enough kitchen supplies to be comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella provided for. The advertised noise from the construction across the street was actually quite minimal. The only reason I would not give this property a 10, is that despite its fabulous location in walking distance to Third St and the beach, it is on a VERY busy corner with a 4 way...

"Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder. Two things...
