"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

"My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. "The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again."

"We enjoyed a three week stay in Naples. The villa is situated in the perfect spot...located in a quiet neighborhood nestled near other beautiful homes. A short walk brings you to Clam Pass beach. There are numerous stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The villa was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed many hours lounging in the backyard pool. Such a lovely place to stay!"

"This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Items and supplies that we felt were necessary to bring in the past were all there. The location is also far closer to downtown Naples and other sites...

"The property was nice. The house is in an older developing neighborhood. There are 4 nice houses on the street. The other houses are old and trailer homes. We witnessed a drug deal across the street on an abandoned lot. Once the community is complete and updated hopefully it will be better with security.
