Best part was waking with the sunrise and being able to go for long sidewalk walks, right from front door. Awesome dock for renting and docking a boat. Great location for water lovers. It was expensive for a single family, so i was hoping for a little more updated feel, as online pictures represented. Beds were very comfortable, which is critical for a good VRBO, however i would have liked just a few more basics in the home. We had to buy paper towel, laundry detergent and coffee for example (which with a nice place week rental, you really appreciate when they provide) -A few maintenance issues: an outdoor water issue, big hole was in lanai screen, dryer door handle coming loose, but I really appreciated the maintenance folks dealing with/responding to issues relatively quickly.Overall, if you’re looking for a good spot in Marco, this place has you covered! Can’t beat the sunrise! You can tell its been loved a long time.

This house was perfect for our group of eight adults. Very clean, updated, and well stocked for cooking and entertaining with great seating for our group. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Outdoor living space was amazing - the pool deck provided comfortable seating for 8-10 people. The fire pit, dock, kayaks and corn hole boards were very enjoyable. The view up the channel was amazing. Close (walking distance) to groceries, dining, and marina for boat rental. Highly recommend this property!

Location was beautiful. The sunrise was gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked. The bay offered so much wildlife to see and sharks were caught off the dock, iguana and alligator spottings! The beach a quick trip. Close to grocery and live bait. House was perfect for our 2 families of teens to have a great time. Oh and the kayaks, corn hole and bikes were a great hit! Not to mention ALL the beach stuff you could use from the garage.

Our entire stay—from check-in to check-out—was absolutely amazing. We were blown away by the property, especially the spacious living room and beautiful outdoor area. We’d love to return in the future! We saw dolphins in the cove each morning, absolutely gorgeous!

Great rental

This is a great house. Better than what I expected. Well stocked with everything you would need. Owner communication was always very timely. We had an issue with the pool, murky and cloudy, but owner had technician come out the next day to take care of issue. Good location, very close to super market and short drive to beach. Get to beach early as parking was difficult after 10am. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in Marco Island - Look No Further....

Just completed a 10 night stay and had an awesome time. True relaxation! The house was clean, had everything we needed, beds were great, kitchen was stocked and patio/pool/dock were amazing. Super close to groceries and variety of stores, and a short drive to the beach. We loved our stay and would definitely pick this house again - our group was 9 people total - grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and then 5 young adults ages 15-22. No issues throughout our stay and super responsive communication with any questions. Thank you!

An incredible home and experience

We had a wonderful stay with family for a few days this past week. The home was one of the cleanest and most well-maintained rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen was perfect for eating in. The bed/bath layout worked great for our group of 6 adults and one child. The view from the rear of the home and sitting on the deck at night watching the stars was definitely the highlight. We created some amazing family memories this vacation and we are already considering renting the home again for a visit next year!

Wonderful family getaway

This home was even better than expected which was a nice surprise. We appreciated the well thought out extras like a charging station in the kitchen, additional outlets next to the beds for chargers, a few kitchen staples like salt and a few spices, trash bags, etc. we had everything we needed while there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a little issue with the pool heater and the responsiveness was immediate. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The view at sunset was stunning with the colored sky and we loved being so close to the grocery store. Our granddaughters were so happy in the bunk beds. And more bath and beach towels than you could ever need. Thanks for such a stellar VRBO!

Loved our stay at Casa Vista

We had a very good time. The house was nice and clean, exactly as described. The view was beautiful. It’s located close to everything you can ride the bike to the beach, Publix, ice cream shop and much more. They have bikes, Kayak, golf car.
