"Katie is an exceptional host and the property she suggested we move to was outstanding. Remodeling was finishing on the cottage next door to our original rental so Katie thought we would be more comfortable at a nearby location. Everything we needed for a great stay near the beach was provided. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The location meant we walked to the beach and breakfast. The bed was the most comfortable ever, hoping to purchase the same mattress for home....

"The house was beautifully decorated. It was really convenient to be able to bring the luggage in directly from our car into a bedroom. Great planning !! The beds were very comfortable and it was in a quiet neighborhood- so conducive to a good night sleep. We were greeted by towel animals on the beds - great fun for the kids."

"We are a group of 40 - 50 year old friends who get together every year for a beach getaway. This property was PERFECT for our group. Super clean, well stocked and excellent location. The size of the home was great to give everyone some space and allow those who like to turn in early or rise early to do so with out bothering others. Stairs to and from the pool area could be an issue for some, but we had no problems. Will book again for sure. "

"Wonderful property! We had the best time and will look to return. Jeff was super responsive the few times we needed to reach out. Loved having our boat right outside the lanai and the route to sandbars and the gulf via is a beautiful 10 min ride. Loved the bikes and the huge sidewalks throughout the island made daily bike rides safe and enjoyable. House was super clean and enough space for 2 families with teenagers. "
