"The experience was great. Within a day or two after booking on Expedia, I had a Guest Specialist assigned to me via text who was ultra responsive during my weeklong stay. I paid through Expedia, and the checkin process was performed in advance through the property managers web site (Zelloo/Livily). "While the outside of the buildings could use a bit of TLC, the inside rooms were spotless and very well supplied. The staff were amazing. We loved watching them interact and laugh together. They obviously enjoy working together and there was a real family atmosphere. We took the shuttle into the strip with James and he was delightful."
