Recently stayed at the The Signature at MGM Grand and overall had a good experience, with a few frustrating issues.
The biggest positives are the location and value. It’s reasonably priced for Las Vegas, and having access to the MGM Grand pools and amenities is a huge perk. The property itself is quieter than the main hotel, which makes it a nice place to relax while still being close to the action.
Unfortunately, housekeeping was a major downside. The room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived—we found plastic condiment containers with moldy, questionable food, along with other trash around and even underneath the bed. That was pretty off-putting and not what you expect from a hotel of this level.
We also had an issue with the shower breaking during our stay. While it was eventually fixed, there was no clear communication from the staff about when maintenance would arrive. We specifically asked to be present, but the repair was done while we were out, which was frustrating and didn’t respect our request.
Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter stay with access to major amenities, but the lack of cleanliness and communication need improvement.
