"The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. "Our visit to the treehouse was amazing. Our host's provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They paid so much attention to every single detail. Even left us robs to use! We did go out to Beak & Skiff and visited a couple of the local waterfalls but couldn't wait to get back to have a drink on the swing by the babbling brook. So pretty at night with everything lit up! Such a relaxing vacation and when it was time for bed the sounds of the owls and brook were like a lullaby! "

"This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. Plenty of room to spread out- very clean and updated decor, very welcoming. I went into a few of the other rental houses our team stayed in and this one was by far the nicest! Highly recommend! "

"This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks...

"The cabin is very spacious, very clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy with lots of warm blankets, the bathroom well stocked with towels and toiletries, and the location is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously, especially having morning coffee in the Adirondack chair in front of the cabin, listening to the morning birdsong."
