"This property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Location was in a quiet, safe area close to shops, the river and restaurants. We were able to park for free nearby on Price Street and walk everywhere. Perfect place for a girls getaway with my daughter. Would definitely stay here again. Host very nice and responsive. "

"Beautiful house in a great location. Easily walkable to everything in the historic district. 3 blocks to a Kroger grocery store. Very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! Kitchen is spacious. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great location for getting around by foot (if able). The G-Inn had everything we needed a management company was quick to respond and provided great directions."

"We loved this property. It was our annual girls trip and we wanted a different experience from hotels. The property is exactly as its listed. The host were fabulous and had a coffee & tea area set for us to make our first morning coffee. We had coffee in the garden every morning. We walked alot and never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and are already discussing another possible trip."

"Beautiful historical home located juat a walk away from great locations. Unfortunately I was on crutches and 3 flights of stairs was rough but it was doable."

"I’ve stayed in the carriage house for this property before. It’s as described. No surprises. Location is great. I walked to the river and back without incidence. The ease of parking is a huge deal for me. It feels like a relatively safe area. It’s one block from the city free CAT bus line that goes to Broughton where there is much available shopping. Kroger is right across the street. The neighborhood is filled with stunning historical homes. If you are staying in the 703 basement space, look...

"Perfect place for me. I was staying there while visiting my mom in the hospital, and came home each day to a beautiful apartment, that felt like home to decompress from. The parking spot was AWESOME too. I never had to drive around at the end of the day wondering how far away i would be from home. I will definitely be staying here again."
