"Nice hotel"

"The quality of the room. The blackout blind was broken so I could not close it. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash stand in the shower was broken and there is water damage at the bottom of the door framing in the bathroom. The curtain was also very dusty. Overall the rooms need to be of a higher standard, the photos were very misleading. When walking to room 1103 it can be quite jarring to look into the service area and sometimes the doors were wide open looking into the service area."

"it was a great location, loved it. Will definitely book again."

"Excelente servicio y ubicación"

"sauber"

"Great location, only minutes walk from darling harbour. We had a superior room with 2 x queen beds for 3 of us. Rooms a little small but worked out ok. Not cutlery/bowls etc to self cater for anything apart from a cuppa which was a bummer. Clean, tidy, good amenities onsite."

"The hotel staff where helpful and friendly, check in was quick and organised, our room was clean and had a nice view of Sydney Harbour Bridge ,a, few different areas to get a drink ,waitress service from the bar ."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, plus being very clean. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious."

"The air-conditioner unit did not work with NIL sleep for 5 people on the 3 bedroom apartment. Expedia stated free parking however The Star would only allow one vehicle. Terms and conditions never stated one vehicle therefore The Star should of allowed another but this was bluntly refused."
