"We only stayed for one night here but we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and had a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. We hadn’t booked a parking bay and there wasn’t one available but we were able to park our car around the corner and had no problems."

"Upon check in staff were great and very friendly, we were even able to check in early.
Room wasn't very clean unfortunately.
There were dead ants all over the pillows and bed and bugs on the towels.
Staff were made aware and I was told they would speak to the cleaners"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room as nice and spacious with a balcony. We requested for the room to be made up upon check in but had to request again as housekeeping had not been- they were prompt to do so. The construction of the new tower was only a bother in the morning and it was a little frustrating that we were only informed this was happening after booking a non refundable room. Luckily our second night was a public holiday."

"Central, well priced and easy to access. Only 500m from Barwon Health, I booked this very last minute so I could be nearby an unwell family member, and the Eastern Sands staff could not have been more accommodating with my booking and late check in instructions.
The room is basic but spacious, comfy bed and hot shower- you don't need much more. Walking distance to the CBD, hospital and waterfront. Off street parking. Rooms are not very soundproof, but I was that tired the noise from next door...
