"We checked in late and were given a room on the 7th floor which is not served by the main lifts but by a conveluted walk along the 6th floor corridor and stair to the 7th floor. The room had a dog basket and two bowls on the floor from the previous Tennant. Both of these issues should have been made clear to me during reservation/check in. The air conditioning was the quietest I have ever experienced."

"The room was kept clean excluding a coffee machine. I recommend you family room should be located far from elevator hole. The staff were friendly and kind so much. There were a warm pool and nice sauna."

"We had Premium room, unfortunately no aircon;( heat in the room was unbearable in this weather-my kiddo got heat rashes . Sofa bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep. Pros: brilliant location, great breakfast, clean room and toilet, iron, kettle and mini fridge in room just a bonus. I wouldn’t recommend for family with kids as very hot in the room."

"Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."

"Hotel met all my needs. Great location convenient for beach, buses and Church Road. Staff were always helpful and front desk always manned. Room was bright and clean with tea/ coffee available, decent wifi and desk to work. A great deal i will be back."

"I mistakenly booked our room for Monday through Friday so I had to add Sunday night to our booking. Unbeknownst to me, I booked a different room. In lieu of dragging our luggage to a different room, we decided to stay where we were ( in the basement). That was a big mistake because we began to smell a strong odor of mold. When I asked to switch to our original room, I was told it was no longer available. The manager on duty said he would send someone to fix it, but mold is not something that...

"Very nice hotel, a lot more "upmarket" than your traditional seaside hotel. The bed was comfy, air con (not usually needed in the UK but it was 27+degrees the few days we stayed), decent toiletries, great selection of tea and coffee in the room. The type of room we booked included robes and slippers. It's a quite far from the pier if that's the vibe you're looking for. There's plenty of restaurants and a few bars around but it was overall a very quiet area overlooking the marina. The car park...

"Good location - right near the sea and easy to walk into town. Easy to check in as it is simply a case of using the codes that are messaged on the day. Fairly basic room and bathroom, but it was only a place to sleep so didn't spend much time in the room other than that. I didn't hear anything from other guests so must have been fairly soundproof."
