Es cómodo y, aunque no está muy céntrico, está perfectamente comunicado tanto por autobús, que pasa por la puerta de la casa, como por la estación de metro que se encuentra a diez minutos a pie. "Laura was a breeze to communicate with. The check-in process was silky smooth. The place is very elegant, beautifully appointed. For the UK, the space was exceptional, flooded with light with a charming balcony. It is .3 miles from the nearest overground station that feeds directly into the Underground, making access to everything easy without being in the crushing touristy areas. We returned here via tube late at night after the theater with no issues. Thanks Laura, for the beautiful...

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"They contacted me at 11.30pm the night before our stay to cancel with an apparent leak. Have not been able to contact them since. Trying to sort out a refund as I had already paid. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. "

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. The apartment is in a house of multiple occupancy and in my opinion not really suitable as a holiday let . We...

"The property was clean and as described. Our biggest complaints were 1. The neighborhood did not seem super safe 2. We had a VERY hard time fitting our rental car in the driveway and 3. The pillows were lumpy. Joyce was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to use things correctly. "

"Esta algo retirado de los lugares turísticos de Londres, pero vale la pena por el precio. El hotel se encontraba en remodelación pero no hubo nada que nos incomodara. Únicamente el personal de recepción no fue nada agradable, muy fría su atención. De ahí en fuera todo bien. "

"The room had mold on the bathroom when I checked in and there were spider webs in the windows which clearly means they do not clean behind the curtains as they were really visible when moving the curtain. They "cleaned" after I complianed but the spider web was never removed, even after I sent pictures of the exact location. I don't recommend staying here."
