Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"

"Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt an einer kleinen Fußgängerzone mit einer Reihen schöner Restaurants. Man ist schnell in Amsterdam (Bus 35 Minuten). Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend."

Zunächst waren wir etwas irritiert- die Lage direkt an einer Straße: kein Problem, Fahrräder machen keinen Krachund die seltenen Kraftfahrzeuge hört man wegen der guten Schallisolierung nicht! "Overall good hotel however no AC in our room. Complained several times but no luck. Just the usual ‘someone will fix it’. Was very hot in the room. Also struggled to get room cleaned. Even booked via reception and still nobody turned up. Hotel is good 15-20mins train from the central station. Clean nice hotel otherwise"

"Lovely hotel and our second time visiting, the only thing we weren’t keen on was the new self check in service, it just felt quite impersonal! We preferred it when there was a proper reception. Other than that, more food options where reception is would be handy as there aren’t too many places local. Nice hotel but these are just personal preferences. Staff helpful when they were there."
