Detached luxury villa 400 m. from the sea

Villa park De Koog is located at approx. 400 m from the beach and about 600 m from the pleasant, lively centre of De Koog, on the wonderful Wadden Island Texel. The villa park is still under development. We except the second phase to be ready in the spring of 2020. There are five different types of spacious, luxurious villas, all with a traditional sauna. The semi-detached, ground flour, 4-person type (NL-1796-55) has two bedrooms. The sauna is located in one of the en-suite bathrooms. The villa is separated from the adjacent villa by a very well insulated sliding partition. This way, the villas can also be booked together, creating an 8-person villa (NL-1796-58). There also is a semi-detached, very spacious (no less than 190 m2) 6-person villa with a first floor (NL-1796-56). On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with open plan kitchen and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and a toilet. The other two bedrooms can be found on the first floor with mezzanine. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, one of which with walk-in shower and toilet and the other with walk-in shower, toilet and bathtub. The sauna is also upstairs. The villa is separated from the adjacent villa by a very well insulated sliding partition. This way, the villas can also be booked together, creating an 12-person villa (NL-1796-59). The most exclusive villa at Villa Park De Koog is the luxurious detached 6-person villa with private indoor swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with open plan kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and toilet. You can reach the central hall in the basement via the stairs. From here, you can reach the third bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathtub. The hall also provides access to a separate toilet. On the other side, you'll find the indoor swimming pool, the sauna and the steam room. A true wellness oasis in your own holiday villa! There is a terrace both on the ground floor and the basement level. There is also a detached 8-person villa (NL-1796-58). These are two adjacent 4-person villas, connected by a sliding partition. You'll have two living rooms, two open plan kitchens and four bedrooms at your disposal, each of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, two of which with sauna. Ideal if you're travelling together, want to be able to enjoy time together, but also need some privacy. Finally, there's the spacious (no less than 370 m2!), detached luxurious 12-person villa (NL-1796-59). These are two adjacent, 6-person villas, connected by a sliding partition. You'll have two living rooms, two open plan kitchens and six bedrooms at your disposal, each of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and two separate saunas. Ideal if you're travelling together, want to be able to enjoy time together, but also need some privacy. All villas feature a spacious living room with TV and decorative fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen with a oven, microwave and dishwasher. All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which in a double set-up. Each bedroom also had a private en-suite bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. In the hall there also is a separate toilet. Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's enough space to park directly near villa. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. The villas are nicely bright because of their many windows. Besides comfortable, the villas are also sustainable. They have a heat pump and solar panels to generate sustainable energy. The villas are also very well insulated, which saves even more energy. For lighting, we use led lights. The images are artist impressions. Once real photos are available, they will be added.
