Great Stay overall

We had a great stay overall! The location is absolutely amazing — right by the beach with easy access to a pool and even a kiddie pool, which was perfect for our family. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was excellent. Jeff, the local manager, was incredibly responsive and on top of everything. He even purchased and provided a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, which definitely helped make things more comfortable.That said, we did encounter a few issues. The building’s central AC was broken during our stay, and there were noticeable ventilation problems. Unfortunately, this led to a strong cigarette smell that lingered throughout our time there, which was a downside.Despite that, the location more than made up for it. We were within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants we needed, making everything super convenient.If the building resolves its ventilation and AC issues, this would be a five-star stay without question.

This properly had perfect location and pool and beach access. Stand up shower. It is very clean and had excellent customer service. The guy looking after it was always there to answer any questions and great to us. However, the building central AC was broken and the building has issues with ventilation and there was a very strong cigarette smell in the apartment and my kids and I got sick and could't sleep at night. We had to checkout for health safety concerns. I say this unit should stay off Expedia until ventilation issues and AC issues are fixed. I had a massive migraine and needed lots of Advil and Tylenol and a nap next day to recover. We were told there is a chance we get that night refunded due to horrible air condition. The pullout sofa was also not comfortable at all.

Perfect location super clean steps to ocean couldn’t have been better and host was amazing we will recommend too anyone and will go back! Thank you so much wish it could have been longer!!!
