"The location is perfect. Quick walk to stores and restaurants. A1A is between the beach and house but it’s like you’re right on the beach since there aren’t any houses to block the view. The balcony outside the master bedroom is perfect for ocean and people watching. The house is clean, furnished nicely and stocked with kitchen items and other misc things you might need. Between the location and size of the house, it’s a bargain compared to other places in the same area. Can’t wait to go back."

"There was no internet could not watch tv or use my streaming service Netflix could not access my laptop for business.contacted the office and they did not send anyone out to fix the problem that was poor customer service. I own businesses and needed access to my computer and company and my daughter is in graduate school needed access to her laptop for class. This was very disappointing. "We’ve been travelling from the uk for over 25 years to Florida , and first time in ormand by the sea . Loved the checkin process which wasn’t obtrusive with somebody meeting you . Beautiful property with everything you could want , apart from a table in the back yard maybe if you want to sit and eat outside like we did one evening. The proximity to the beach was what did it for us , out the door and on the beach in less than a minute , fabulous ! The neighbourhood is very safe and everybody...
