A lease agreement and a separate $300 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person per night after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Additionally, the yard is not fenced in.

Other things to note
The small cottage home behind the main home (these are separate dwellings) currently has a long term tenant. He is a retired military officer and Florida native. He keeps to himself but is very kind and helpful if you'd like to ask him for recommendations around the area.
