Entry & exit:
Check in time is 4pm or later unless coordinated with the host otherwise. The door code will be sent to you on the day of checkin. There is no key with this house, only a keypad deadbolt. Press the home button first to wake up the keypad and then type your code. The door will unlock after the code is typed. When exiting the home, just press the lock symbol and the door will lock.

Inside the house:
Please ensure no feminine products are ever flushed down the toilet.
The laundry room is located in the garage. Trash day is Monday.

Check-out instructions:
Check-out time is 10am.
Take all towels & hand towels used during your stay and place them in the tub of the hallway bathroom.
Put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher prior to leaving & start the dishwasher. (Dishwasher tabs are under the sink and go in the slot where you would pour the dishwasher detergent.)Please empty the trash. Trash day is Monday morning.



A lease agreement and a separate $300 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person per night after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Additionally, the yard is not fenced in.
