The Space:
Welcome to River Bluff Retreat! Escape to this 3bdr/2.5bth peaceful retreat with its own dock on the Intra-Coastal Waterway, Marker 40. This captivating home offers luxurious finishes, a private dock, and breathtaking sunsets, making it the perfect vacation destination for families. Enjoy stunning views from the spacious covered porch overlooking the water and pool, ideal for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying cocktails at sunset.
Your adventure begins with your choice of a private boat, ferry, or your very own vessel, as there is no "BRIDGE" to Daufuskie Island. Positioned at Marker 40 with 50ft deep water at high tide, it's just a 20-minute boat ride to Savannah and Hilton Head, providing endless exploration possibilities. The fishing in the area is excellent, with opportunities to catch redfish, speckled trout, and sheepshead right from the backyard dock.

This beautiful 3bdr home has a master bedroom, with a King bed, spacious master bath and is conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 double beds and a bunk with a double bottom and single top. Jack n Jill bathroom and each bedroom have its own sink/toilet area. A cozy sitting room with a daybed and trundle is nestled in between. The large living room and kitchen boast an open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting island for entertaining. Along with a half bath conveniently there for you or guests to use.

Additionally, there is a charming historic church on the island that hosts interdenominational Christian services every Sunday.
