"Lovely place in a great location!"

"My family of 5 adults stayed there for 4 nights while celebrating a wedding near by. The area was great, there are 2 metro stations 8/9 within a couple of blocks or less. Great dining options near by. The 3rd is the place, close enough to all the attractions by far enough to feel like you are part of the everyday life in Paris. "Apartment was clean with modern amenities. Convenient to 2 Metro stations and plenty of cafes. This is a first floor apartment, door to living room opens right from street. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and very nice. The rest of the apartment is very small. A narrow hall leads to 1 tiny bedroom that fits only double bed. Also 2 other tiny bathrooms off that hallway (1 toilet & sink, 1 shower & sink). These 3 doors open into narrow hallway making maneuvering difficult. Plenty of...

"Pros: Location couldn’t have been better! New and clean bathrooms and the place is very cozy.Cons: very loud building entry doors that slam all throughout the night. Prepare to sleep with earplugs. Mattresses very super thin and hard. Skylight in bunk room was bright and kids had to wear eye masks every night."

"We stayed in the Picasso apartment for 9 days in mid-February. The experience was wonderful. The apartment had accommodations that made a longer stay very pleasant including cookware and dishes/cutlery. The Nespresso in the room made lovely coffees and we enjoyed them daily. Prior reviews indicated there had been occasional noise concerns but we never experienced that. The staff were very kind and responsive when we had questions. Creemos que pueden haber mejoras en el mantenimiento, el piso de l pasillo de la cocina al comedor esta roto, sentimos que la calefaccion no servía, hacia frio adentro del depa y quizimos usar una cobija que estaba sucia (dentro del clóset en la habitación entrando al fondo)"
