"We visited Nashville for a family weekend and to watch the Savannah Bananas play…The Urban Acreage did not disappoint!!! We had the best time with our family, the property is perfect for a large family…spread out enough to where you aren’t on top of each other and close enough where you can enjoy each other’s company. The pool, hot tub, and movie area was a big hit with the kids and adults…it was a great place to let the kids have fun, while the parents could chat and play games. Great location...

Great communication from hosts and the location can't be beat. The most comfortable beds we've ever had at a VRBO! If we came back to Hendersonville we'd definitely stay again."

Black mold in the downstairs bathroom on the wall around the air vent, in the shower, on the back of the un-washable bathroom rug that had obviously never - or at least not for a very long time been cleaned. Strong musty smell in the house, 1 towel per person for a 5 day stay, 2 dishtowels, no access to a broom or cleaning supplies, no regular coffee pot. "This property was perfect for my girl's trip with my mom and mother-in-law. We spent a lot of time simply relaxing, talking, and working puzzles on the amazing screened in back porch. My only criticism would be that none of the curtains in the master bedroom fit the windows and since the sun comes up so early in Nashville, I was up before 6:00 a.m. everyday on vacation as the sun poured through all windows. Also, the guest bedroom did not have curtains at all, so same situation with my guests...
