"Staff were excellent, the breakfast was convenient. Only complaint is the walls are very thin."

"Ended up checking in very late. The front desk was very accommodating, even changed my room."

"Very clean. Extremely lovely and helpful staff. Hot water was not always hot and TV remote issues. Spacious and comfortable rooms."

"Absolutely beautiful stay!! The views by the lake unbelievable!! Definitely coming back next fall. The foliage this time of year in the Appalachian mountains is something everyone should experience for sure. Accommodations well done!!"

"It is a motel from the 1950’s which was updated. The room was clean and they actually fixed the bed and provided clean towels daily. The room was very small but had a dresser, desk, chair, small refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. It’s a small no-frills hotel. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep bug don’t plan on hanging out in the room this is an option. Remember it a motel, not a hotel."

"The room was clean and smelled nice. The heater/air conditioner was old and noisy. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was so-so. There were eggs and bacon, but they hadn't been refreshed in a long time. The entryway road and the parking lot were in great need of resurfacing and repair. The price was right compared to other nearby hotels for that night."

"chose hotel because of bistro and bar got there it was closed due to lack of staff. Karen was great at taking care of our early check we were attending a mid afternoon funeral and got us checked in by noon."

"The inn style hotel layout is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast available. Shuttle service is a plus. Overall a pleasant stay."
