Things to know

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja
Lots of issues- Bed broke while i was sleeping on it, they had to Fix. I had to kill several (6) Cockroaches. The bathroom floor flooded on the 5th day and Plumber had to repair. the previous occupancies put all the garbage in the recycle bins. The door code changed 2 days before we left, and me and my Mom (82) were stranded outside for 25-30 minutes. I was NOT happy with our stay, Not at all.
