"My wife and I had a great time staying at this condo near the beach in Monterey. The location is perfect as it provides excellent access to both the Monterey Peninsula and South Bay retail & restaurants. Overall, the furnishings and amenities in the condo are nice based on what we have experienced at other VRBO properties. Be advised the kitchen/family room is a bit small, but perfect for a couple on a holiday. Also, there are many steps you need to climb in order to reach the bedrooms...

"The property was very well kept and beautiful right at the ocean. The parking spot designated for this unit was very bad for the low riding rental car. The front left corner had a hole that the tire would drop into.The unit could have been more comfortable just by adding a comfy chair. The bed was wonderful and falling to sleep hearing the ocean was supreme!There was only one set of dishes for 4 so I washed dishes by hand rather than use the dishwasher for a few dishes each day.It was very well...

"The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We ventured out every morning to enjoy the ocean, trees, parks, history etc. Every afternoon we relaxed in the apartment. Be prepared to climb steps if they don’t fix the elevator. It was good exercise for us, but some might find it tiring, especially caring groceries. We had a great vacation in Monterey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condominium."

"The beach is from the balcony are amazing, and the ability to walk the beach within minutes is just spectacular. The unit is very small, and does need a little bit of TLC but overall a great experience because of the ocean proximity. I will definitely stay there again "
