"I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location."

"The beach is from the balcony are amazing, and the ability to walk the beach within minutes is just spectacular. The unit is very small, and does need a little bit of TLC but overall a great experience because of the ocean proximity. I will definitely stay there again "

"Modern, clean, great location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding.Few items to note for future guests: 1. No toaster oven 2. Not many small kitchen items, such as salt/pepper, ziploc bags/wrap/aluminum foil; 3. No TV in either of the bedrooms 4. Could use one more sitting area/couch."

"Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or...
