"The location is great and the property was very clean! Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Only downside for parents with young children, there is not a deadbolt on the front door. Our 2 year old could run out (and tried many times). I would recommend adding an additional lock. Also, the master bed was comfortable but pretty squeaky. Overall, good property. "

"This was our first VRBO experience and turned out to be the loveliest vacation stay of our lives. The home was not only clean, but decorated as a home by the sea. It was adequately stocked with linens, laundry, kitchen supplies and appliances including dishwasher. The home has beautiful wrap around porches with a barbecue grill on one. "The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We ventured out every morning to enjoy the ocean, trees, parks, history etc. Every afternoon we relaxed in the apartment. Be prepared to climb steps if they don’t fix the elevator. It was good exercise for us, but some might find it tiring, especially caring groceries. We had a great vacation in Monterey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condominium."
