"Vi er på rundrejse i Sydengland og dette er ubetinget det dårligste hotel vi har boet på. Der lugtede mugget og jordslået og når værelset ingen vinduer har, er det svært at få lidt frisk luft ind. Vi boede praktisk talt i en skotøjsæske. Der var ikke rent og personalet virkede uinteresseret og ligeglade. ..."

"We only stayed one night, however the whole site had a holiday feel. The receptionist recommended the Boathouse restaurant which was excellent. Amazing food and stunning views."

"Nice location but terrible value, not a luxury place at all - they skimp on details. We had almost no interaction with the staff, and they didn't refresh our room, which would be fine but, e.g. there are only two coffee cups, no spare towels. Why am I paying this price and have to wash my own coffee ..."
