- Access to the entire home (excluding locked closets/doors & garage).
- (1) Pet-friendly under 50# (with prior approval & paid $75/pet fees)
- No events or parties. - Hosting events & parties is strictly prohibited.
- Please respect wildlife—property is in bear country.
- Amenities, such as hot tub, may be unavailable during maintenance periods.
- Home is not 420 friendly/No drugs of any kind on premises (includes all indoor & outdoor spaces).
- Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, maintaining a distance
of at least 10 feet from any doors.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Property does have AC/Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms
- Cameras on property are for security purposes & not surveillance.
- Please note that this home is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms involves navigating 2-7 stairs.
- Your reservation must accurately reflects the number in your party. Additional fees apply if additional guests beyond occupancy with no prior approval.
