Lil 'Aggie Home

Located at 12th Park RV Resort, this tiny home is 8 min from Kyle field and 4 min from Easterwood Airport. During football season, a shuttle takes you to/from the game. The RV park is very clean, quiet and safe. It features a pool, rustic clubhouse, laundry, pickleball court, fire pits, bbq pits, sand volleyball, and showers. Your home is well-appointed with a unique electric bed platform for extra space without climbing into a loft. It's such a cool place, you might not want to leave!
The space
Welcome to tiny home living! If you've been thinking about living in a tiny home, this is an opportunity to check out what life could be like. If you are already a tiny home fan, then you'll love the electric bed platform that gives you more living in the same space, plus if you're a little older like me, you don't have to crawl up into a loft to sleep!

This is a brand-new venture for me so I do hope you enjoy it. I'll continue to improve the accommodations so you'll have more to enjoy each time you come back to stay.

The only part of the home we ask you to not use is the storage loft.
Other things to note
Please note that this is tiny home living so it may be a more spartan accommodation that you may be used to. However, you'll find high-quality in the bed, linens, towels, and kitchen appliances.

Please, no smoking/vaping of any kind. We ask only that you'd treat our home as if it were your own.
