"Lam mejor experiencia"

"I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful and very pleasant. One thing I especially liked was the coffee machine available for guests. You can make cappuccinos, hot chocolate, coffee, and several other drinks, which was such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no elevator, and the staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large or heavy suitcases up and down can be a little difficult. I also want to give a...

"Perfecto"

"It is a brand new place on a lively street."

"Location and the staff were great"

"We arrived on Sunday and they seemed a bit surprised we arrived earlier then the check in time and it wasn’t opened. But they let us leave our luggage and our stay at the hotel was great. My boyfriend said he never stayed in a room as big in London. The bed, towel were great, good breakfast included. I would definitely recommend the hotel. "

"It was horrendous. I paid for a room with a window. The window was in a basement room looking into a wall. That wasn’t the worst part. It smelled so bad, I had to use my perfume to try and disguise the smell which it didn’t. Then I realised I had a manhole in my shower which is probably where the smell came from. The bed was hardly made. When I left the covers I couldn’t tell if the bed was clean or made as it wasn’t done properly. I complaint to the front desk and asked to change rooms. When...
