The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground station, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city throughout our stay. "The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"We loved the Oliver Plaza. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. We arrived an early and the room was still ready which was helpful since we flew in from the States. It is very close to the tube and we felt safe walking around at night. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!"

"When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room. The room had air con, and a good fan to keep us cool, which was helpful in the hot...

"Stayed here after going to a concert at Wembley. Two adults, four teenage girls, the room had a double bed and two sets of bunks. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, complete with toiletries and towels. They provided really nice coffee bags instead of the cheap instant granules found in a lot of hotels. All in all, it was a great stay. Nice and close to the underground and lots of options for food. The staff were so friendly and helpful."
