Our family had an unforgettable stay at this nice oceanfront condo in Cocoa Beach! The view of the Atlantic from the patio was breathtaking, with sunrises that made every morning special. The condo was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, modern kitchen, comfy beds, and even beach gear for our kids. The location is perfect: steps from the beach, a short walk to local restaurants. The host was great, ensuring our check-in was seamless and offering great local tips. We loved the pool and the secure, family-friendly vibe of the property. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already planning our next visit! Property manager Cathy was awesome. Very responsive. Had black mold in the tub area of guest room. Had to scrub before using. Also black feet the first night there. Location is great, close to everything. Nice pool. Right on the beach for walking and fishing.

Great place to stay for holidays with family

Excellent communication with manager, took care of issue quickly. Great location to see space launches. Wonderful heated pool. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware, although mis-matched, enough to fit our needs. Furniture well-used, but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Can we stay forever?

The condo was perfect and exactly as described. We could not have enjoyed our time more. So close to everything. Steps from the beach and pool. We will be back again and again!! Also, Cathy was so easy to get ahold of, so helpful and so accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about this condo!

Ground corner unit on the beach!

We spent 3 days on Cocoa Beach and it was beautiful! The views, beach and shelling was amazing! The staff was so kind! Cathy (property manager) came while we were there and was so helpful!! This is not a fancy unit but it was clean, comfortable and in a heavenly location! Checking & out was a breeze! Everyone was so friendly too! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!!

Needs TLC

This uni/t was convenient. However, it needs a ton of renovations, upgrades, painting, etc. I would have been embarrassed had we brought our friends with us. We had a lot of trouble with big ants and a gecko/lizard lives in the condo somewhere. We would see him every night. The ceiling in the mb is falling away, the doors to closet in mb only half works, the hallway closet doors are a mess, the doors in the spare bedroom need a lot of help. The screen on the sliding glass doors don’t move. The whole inside needs updated. Sorry, but very disappointed.

Great Location

Wonderful location, can't beat beachfront. The property was nice, a little older and a little trash in the year. The condo was beautifully decorated, but it too was a little tired. Half of the master bedroom's closet door was on the floor, sliding door screen didn't work. Needs paint and a good thorough cleaning. All in all it was fairly good.

Property needs maintenance......peeling paint.....torn screens...outdated appliances......drywall crumbling around screen door and master bedroom....mold in guest bathroom shower stall.
