"On check in we found a loaded 9mm pistol. There were huge Palmetto bugs in the kitchen. A dirty tooth brush on the couch. So much dust, we left yesterday because we could not breathe. Dirty wash cloths in the drawer in the bathroom. Soda bottles behind the nightstand. Toothpicks and other trash on the floor. Just absolutely horrible. 4 broken coffee pots in the kitchen! Called the Sheriff's office and they took the gun and gave me a report. I am requesting a full refund!"

"My daughter and I took a quick trip to Cocoa Beach to visit family and escape the cold, wet NY spring. What a wonderful find this condo was! Immediately upon opening the door, we could smell how fresh and clean it was. We had everything we could have possibly need during our 4 night stay. The kitchen is stocked, there are beach towels, chairs, a cooler, a beach blanket and more! It is located literally steps away from the beach. We got up early each morning and watched the sunrise.
